Aquarius - Recommended Game For Family Game Night
by Becca Stallings
Becca has recommended Aquarius as a game for family game night. She says: Aquarius is a picture-matching game similar to dominoes but with the added twist that some cards have two pictures, some have four, and some have just one. Also, players are competing to see who can be the first to connect 7 cards with their "goal element." There are action cards that make you switch goals, move a card already in play, etc. The new edition has special rules for preschoolers. Aquarius is easy to learn, fun to play, and different every time. The art is beautiful. And the player with the longest hair goes first! Both my almost-5-year-old and my Girl Scout troop of 4th-5th graders love this game. Taylor here:This game sounds pretty fun. I'm going to make a note to check it out since my family loves dominoes so much.I found on Amazon.com that the game is recommended for ages 8 and up, but it sounds like younger kids could play it too from Becca's description. Anyone else played this game with their kids, and want to share their opinions? Please comment below for everyone's benefit.
